SPECTRUM INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES has been conducting broadcast facility inspections under the Alternative Broadcast Inspection Program since the program's inception almost thirty years ago. Consisting of Larry Hardy, a former FCC Inspector, Bob Shotwell, an FCC licensed and certified broadcast engineer, and Dennis Loria, the former Boston FCC District Director, Spectrum conducts over one-hundred and twenty ABIP inspections annually.
